When creating a dish, I use a creative approach similar to creating a work of visual art. I build a foundation, start to assemble elements, and watch and respond as the work takes form. I seek to add new elements to my cooking vocabulary, learn and apply ever evolving techniques, and keep a fluid, flexible process as much in the kitchen as I do in front of the easel or behind the lens of my camera.

I lean toward a natural, whole, and balanced vegetarian diet. Vegans and those with restricted diets will find a home here as well.  From time to time you will find something to satisfy your sweet tooth.
